Floor Plans (Accessed via ND netID through the Office of Housing Website).
-Duncan Doubles are between 195-199 Square Foot. Roughly 14ft x 14 ft
-Duncan Triples are between 240-260 Square Foot. Roughly 14ft x 18ft
