ND 110

ND110 is Duncan Hall's newest signature charity event that honors our first responders. Participants climb 110 flights of stairs to mirror the climb faced by the firefighters and police officers who responded to the World Trade Centers in New York on September 11th, 2001. Started by Highlanders Conor Milligan and Patrick Creaven, the inaugural ND110 took place on September 11th, 2019. Over 120 students and firefighters ran the stairs while raising over $2,000 for Heart 9/11

In 2020, despite the COVID pandemic, Duncan Hall continues its commemoration of 9/11, and this time, it took place in the Notre Dame Stadium! Due to COVID restrictions, it was only opened to Notre Dame students. Over 350 students participated in the stairs climb and Duncan Hall donated $10,110 to Heart 9/11.

The Third Annual ND110 in 2021 took place in the Notre Dame Stadium once again. Even with two rainouts, Duncan Hall successfully raised another $10,408.85 for Heart 9/11.

The Fourth Annual ND110 recorded 480 online registrations and 135 walk ins on Wednesday September 7, 2022. The record attendance and participation raised $19,550 and after all expenses, Duncan Hall donated $13,000 to Heart 9/11 for their emergency relief efforts.
